Make sure the device is signed in with the Apple Account used for the purchase, then use Restore Purchases in Morse Trainer QT.

How do I restore my purchase after reinstalling the app or changing devices?

Full Access is provided through a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase associated with your Apple Account. After reinstalling the app or moving to another compatible device, use Restore Purchases in the app.

How is learning progress synchronized?

Morse Trainer QT can use Apple iCloud / CloudKit to synchronize supported learning progress. Make sure you are signed in to iCloud and that iCloud access is available to the app.
